Every Nevran build follows five steps with declared scope and deadline. You know where you are and what you get at each one.
How it works

- Diagnosis Where the operation loses deals and what isn't measured. 1 week
- Solution design Fixed scope, deliverables and a clear outcome promise. 3 days
- Build Site, tracking and automations. 30 days
- Handoff and training Install, training and the numbers dashboard. 2 days
- Handover Documentation and access. No lock-in to Nevran.
What Nevran needs from you
The 30-day deadline assumes material arrives when requested. It is the only variable outside our control.
- Diagnosis
- A one-hour conversation and read access to what already exists.
- Design
- One round of scope approval, within 3 business days.
- Build
- Copy, photos and operational data, delivered in the first week.
- Handoff
- Two hours of the team for training.
