This policy describes what personal data the Nevran website collects, why, how long it is kept and how you request deletion.

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, company, website (optional) and your message. Nothing else is requested.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated yourself, under the Brazilian LGPD (Law 13.709/2018). We do not use the data for lists, newsletters or remarketing.
Who we share it with
The message passes through Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers the email. Both act as processors and do not use the content for their own purposes. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties.
How long we keep it
The message stays in the mailbox while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. After that it is deleted.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses no tracking cookies and no social pixels. Visit measurement, when enabled, uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and does not identify visitors.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days.
